good turbo kits

what are some good kits for a 3sgte celi? i am looking to get a new kit because my ct26 leaks oil a bit... i guess it will keep my valves oiled... let me know what some good kits are fot their price.

Depends on how you want to setup your car... low lag, moderate power, high power...
Drag car, track car, street car?

Need more details.

Some say a super 16g is a great turbo for the $$.

not sure what i run now... but i want to b mid/low 13's. my car is a show car tho so i dont know if it is worth it or possible... lots of people talk about the td06

i have a stock 3sgte in a st185 STX...

Are those hoods functional?
I mean do you still have stock A/A IC under the hood?
If your car is not too heavy, you should be able to do 13s
with an upgrade CT26.
