trying to find an intercooler for my 88 alltrac

So every where I look to find a fmic they say 89 up I have an 88 3sgte the opening available is about 6x28 inches if I remove my fogs so I guess om trying to find out what kits have been used by others to make this happen also is there a better cold air intake available I'm not finding much if any for the 88 please help a newb out

First, why 2 threads for the same thing?


Secondly, a FMIC system for our cars are usual custom made by you. IE, you buy some piping, w/e size you want. and you find a good core to purchase, then you just mock up and in stall.

To my knowledge, there is not an "off the shelf" kit for our cars.

there is for stock turbo and intake manifolds. it's SSAC but it is bolt on for $300 USD i think?
