What turbo is this? ct26 or a ct20b?

Hi,

I bought a turbo, came of a mr2 jdm, dont know if its a ct26 or ct20b.

it only says toyota on the turbo, twin entry, and its markt 74040 and 3 on the housing. it has 7 studs.

Hope someone can help me

I'm not the expert but sounds to me like you have a "ct20b." the turbo off of the 3rd gen 3s.

It should be a ct20b if it does not say ct26 on it.

7 bolt downpipe = not a ct26 which has 6 bolts only. Sounds like a ct20b

Yup that's a ct20b, congrats! They're are a lot rarer and they're worth more. They're also bigger than the ct26s.
