Flywheel Lock

Just wondering what you guys use to lock the flywheel in place?

I need to pull the flywheel to have it resurfaced and I have the timing belt off so I'm hoping I can get a tool somewhere. Unless you guys have some magic way of doing this.

Are you looking for a way to hold the flywheel in place to remove the bolts and keep the timing true?

If your motor is OEM spec, head/valves/pistons, etc. the motor is non-interference and spinning the crank will not damage or hit the valves.

If you're looking for a way to just hold the flywheel still so you can actually remove the bolts by hand (obviously, an air gun would be best here), you can use the tool below too.

There are universal ones out there, online or in stores, if you really want to keep your timing in order.

I like this idea for my broken motor. My impact didn't loosen any of them.
Maybe Santa will bring me a new compressor

The other motor is on a stand and I haven't tried to remove the flywheel from it yet, I was going to get the timing belt work done first but figured I should get the flywheel off and delivered to the machine shop (I'm not in a big hurry either way).
