downpipe question

ok so im about to buy this downpipe... http://www.partshawk.com/product/m2-performance-1022

i already have a blitz nur spec exhaust . my question is do i need a mid pipe???

If you're running a stock midpipe I'd get an aftermarket 3" one to match everything else, going 3" to 2.25" and back to 3" will cause a lot of turbulence in your exhaust system.

alright cool thanks man,i appriciate it. im just gonna go to the muffler shop and have them weld a piece in betwenn them,its like 40 buks lol

yeah the midpipe is pretty simple, just a couple of flanges and some pipe.
