Floorpan

My floor pan has multiple holes in it and it needs to be replaced, there is no way it can just be patched. So I found an em floor pan for $350. I'm wondering if I should buy that or just have my uncle make a floor pan for me (he owns a huge sheetmetal shop that can make almost anything imaginable with metal)

st165 or st185?
- Get a quote from your Uncle and compare against the buy now price.
- Consider that quote along with the time that the car will have holes in the floor. e.g buy now gets you the floor pan now, vs waiting for your uncle to organise staff/time/job priority and you having to wait 2 months for the floor

weigh up advantages / disadvantages and choose. Personally, if the floor pan is available, buy it and don't be dependant on others to make a one-off item for you as it normally takes a lot longer.
