Heater Core went out on my 91Alltrac. I believe the part number is 8710720550

It is discontinued and trying to find any options out there.

You don't need heat in Arizona anyway do you? :p

They should be the same as a standard Celica. - I have a spare one from one of my cars if you are desperate.

I've checked around for a heater core for just a regular celica and I'm not able to find one of those either.

If you have any insight that would be helpful.

Thanks. I've found a number of suppliers including RockAuto that show the item, but unfortunately list it as not in stock. I've never used FourSeasons before, but doesn't give an option for purchasing either, so I'm guessing it is out of stock there too.

Out of stock, but you can be notified if they get any back in stock.
I bought one for my ST165 from Rock Auto a while ago.

That heater core part number appears to have been used on all 5th Gen (1990-1993) and 6th Gen (1994-1999) Toyota Celicas, all trim lines. If you can't find original or aftermarket supplier, I haven't heard of these going bad easily, so you should be able to get one out of a salvage Celica. Not the most fun to remove without damaging it, but that would be an option to consider. Or take your old one to a radiator shop to see if they can repair it (depending on what the problem is).
