Hey I'm new here and looking for some help, like the title says I want to turn a 91 2wd toyota pickup extra cab into all-trac. I've looked around quite a bit and can't find someone that's done it. I want to use a 3sgte with the e154f transmission. Any links or tips is much appreciated.

This would be a huge pain in the ass project. I'm not trying to say don't try, but there are 100x easier ways to make your pickup fast. It there a reason why you want to go this way?
The awd aspect is more of the goal than being fast and not 4x4, I definitely want the all time awd while still being stock height. Being fast would just be a plus, only like around 300hp. If there is another route to have awd I'm all ears this is still in brainstorming phase.

Wouldn't it be easier to do the same steps as converting the truck to 4WD, but use a transfer case that has an AWD mode? You'll need to do some research into what mates up but I know New Venture made a few like that for Jeep over the years so I assume other brands had them as well.
